随着技术的发展,UI逐渐成为产品竞争核心要素之一,是公司未来三年发展的重点。基于此,UI平台建设项目初步完成包括交互设计、工业设计、艺术设计专业类别人员组成的综合性团队构建,形成交互设计与图形界面设计的业务分工模式,完成诸如嵌入式软件、电子商务、电视、数码冰箱等产品30多个项目界面设计。需要完成的下一个三年工作计划主要内容包括:建人机交互实验室,开展人机界面趋势研究、自然人机交互技术应用研究、人机互动传感技术应用研究、界面动态效果研究及应用,提升团队专业设计能力,扩大团队规模等。
 
The UI design has been taken by the company as its core competence and a major development direction in the next 3 years. Now the center’s UI platform has built up a multi-discipline team of UI, ID and art designers who have worked in two areas: human-machine interaction design and GUI design, and over 30 projects on embedded software, e-business, television and digital refrigerator. The team considers its tasks in the next 3 years as: constructing a human-machine interaction lab, UI trends research, intuitive human-machine interaction technology research, sensor research, dynamic interface visual effects research and appliance, team profession development and increasing the team scale.
 
Nature of activity requested (project description ) 要解决本单位的主要问题:
负责制定交互设计专业发展方向(发展规划、技术成长路线图、趋势研究等);
负责制定团队专业能力提升的衡量指标并组织实施;
负责人机交互体验实验室筹建、运行及管理;
负责交互设计创新项目和产品交互概念提出及实施。
 
Be responsible for orientating the development of the group’s UI profession (development planning, roadmap, trends research, etc);
Be responsible for formulating the evaluation system for the group’s UI profession and its implementation;
Be responsible for the construction, operation and management of the human-machine interaction lab;
Be responsible for carrying out major UI design projects, bring up and realizing breakthrough concepts.
 
Assignment target 需达到的指标(请填写技术数据或对产品改进的数据要求):
主导完成人机交互实验实建设并每年至少完成1个课题研究,开展1个先进性项目设计,完成2个以上现实性项目设计;
结合团队现有情况,提出并制定交互设计能力成长路线图;
每季度团队能力提升培训不少于1次(基础理论、技能、工具、规范、项目经验分享等);
年内获取UI方面的reddot设计奖(产品奖或概念奖)
 
Accomplishing the construction of the human-machine interaction lab, at least one research project, one advanced design project and two ordinary design projects;
Designing a tailored roadmap for the team’s profession development;
Organizing at least one training course for the team each season (basic theory, skill, tools, design guidelines and project experience sharing);
Obtain a red-dot award (communication or concept) in two years.
 
Expert qualification required (professional ,linguistic,experience etc.)对专家人选的要求(专业、语言、经验等):
专业:计算机技术、人机交互、工业设计
语言:英语,会汉语者优先
经验:从事人机交互研究及设计工作8年以上,有人机交互或人机工程实验室组建工作经验者优先
 
Profession: computer science, human-machine interaction, industrial design.
Language: English, skill of Mandarin is a plus.
Experience: over 8 years in the human-machine interaction, experience with construction of human-machine interaction/ergonomics lab is a plus.
